Mr. Bhattacharjee, prime originator behind the meeting, accused the Authorities of ``vitiating the secular ambience of the Organization by transferral in specified measures''. The determination adoptive would be transmitted to the Property for its fee. The State Important Rector, Ms. Rabri Devi, the Tripura Primary Executive, Mr. Manik Sarkar, and the Education Ministers of 12 States attended the meeting.
